Custom stitched garments made to your specific measurements are non-refundable and non-returnable, as they are crafted exclusively for you. We offer one free alteration within 30 days of delivery if the garment does not match the measurements you provided. Alterations for errors on our part are fully free with complimentary re-delivery.
Returns accepted within 7 days of delivery for damaged, defective, or significantly different items. Must be unworn, unwashed, with all tags intact.
Rental items must be returned within the agreed period. Late returns: 20% daily rental rate per additional day. Damages charged at repair or replacement cost.
